Starting August 2nd, 2019, our cleaner “Sudip” will be solely responsible for cleaning the building’s common areas. Sudip will work in the evening from 6pm to 10pm Sunday through Thursday so there will be no general cleaning on Fridays or Saturdays. Our strata committee will be monitoring the work and make changes if necessary so please provide
IMPORTANT UPDATE: 5th June 2019 Our 2019/20 strata committee has recently decided to revert back to using an old-fashioned manual door lock for roof access. They have removed the cloud-based smart-lock that had previously enabled us to provide easy and timely access to the roof by remotely issuing unique 4-digit PIN codes. This means that
CCTV video is temporarily unavailable Due to a recent upgrade to our CCTV system, the video feed is temporarily unavailable. Security camera feed is normally available to registered SPBC owners via a mobile (smartphone/tablet) application and/or password-protected web page. The new system will probably need different user access credentials and/or a different mobile APP so
